Accepted a live in post with them to my great disappointment. Communication bad. No information regarding Clients, no support, phone number for on call not responsive at weekend. Care plans out of date. No risk Assessments where clearly needed. Want you to pay your 1 day induction. Don't seem to know what they are doing. Leave you sitting out in Reception and very unprofessional. Would not recommend them to work for or to use as a Company for care. Very bad experience overall.

I choose St Judes back in 2015 when my beautiful dad had a stroke. My dad is my world and I wanted a carevprovider that I could trust and dad and I would be comfortable with. I researched many care providers that provide homecare, I'm so pleased we choose St Judes.
Dad has an amazing team that visit everyday to help him with his day to day activities.
He keep a as independent as much as he can and the team have helped him to do this. Over the past few years his health has deteriated, and the team make him feel normally and that's so important to him and me.
I can't thank them enough they really have made a difference to dad, and helped support me at difficult times.
I would highly recommend St Judes.
