I've been a patients here for over 10years but ever since the change of partners the surgery is not the same. Sat here at the surgery waiting 20mins and saw the admin arguing with 3 patients!

Not professional
Lack customer service skills
If you complain they shout at you
They are always right
Take forever making appointments
Lack of knowledge.

Really disappointed, must improve or close down!

This used to be a very good surgery. But it has become awful to the point where the thought of making an appointment is not something I don’t want to do even if I need one. The staff (not all) are unhelpful and frankly rude.
Made to feel like a nuisance and inconvenience.

You know what people keep saying they are unable to get appointments, that’s actually not the case. The problem is you book and appointment with St. George’s surgery and they book you an appointment with a nurse instead of a doctor. Then she begins to tell you what your problems are rather than actually listening to what you are telling her. They don’t want to know what issues you have, they are very judgemental. They are not sympathetic. If you point more than one area of concern they tell you to rebook for that issue. I’m literally telling her I have pain and I want a scan or something but she just was not listening instead she just shoved me with medicines that are not working. They have made it so you have to in on your hands and knees and beg and they will be the lord judge to tell you how bad in pain you are or suffering. Stay away from nurse Debbie Ainsworth. Terrible person. Make sure to get seen by a doctor and not a nurse. If you have to kickoff, it’s YOUR health these robots don’t care about you. They will try making you feel small and so that you can’t speak up.

Absolute joke of a surgery now. Fed up of being messed around by the doctors I don't think they actually know how to do their job properly something needs to be done they can't keep getting away with treating patients like this

So, St George's Surgery..
Your a joke, About a month ago I dropped a form off for you to complete, you charged me £50 after 2 weeks of not knowing what to charge me. It's now been a further 10 days and your saying it could be upto 6 WEEKS before it's done.
I ask to speak to the manager and I'm told "no she's busy" and "send an email in"
That is shocking, this level of lack of service is quite frankly disgusting. I mean I could make an appointment to see a doctor, that'd only take 3 weeks, so I could cut that wait time in half if I did that, well except for the 4 weeks you've already had it.

You should be ashamed of yourselves!!!!

Awful service. Awful response to patients need cancer and invalidity means nothing to assist in need if you can get prescription it’s like whispers no one available home visits are none existent and call handing is a joke over a hour on hold and then phone going dead is not up to standard cqc would have a field day on the sub standard ethics

Why cant the nurses take bloods? And when they do its not enough so you get a phone call to tell you to do another one at Barbarah Castle way!!!!!!
