As a recent arrival to the area I feel very lucky to have St George's as my local medical centre. The changeover from my old doctor was seamless and swift, I was called in for an assessment based on my medical history and on the 2 or 3 times I've needed them over the last couple of years I've always been dealt with courteously and fast; so fast that today, on a Monday, I called soon after 9 and was given a same day appointment at 3. I've been very impressed and hope to remain so over time. I appreciate how hard it is to run a busy and challenging practice in the current state of affairs so well done to all.

A whole minute of a pre recorded voicemail just to not answer. Absolutely incompetent. If you’re listed as open until 18:30 then try to answer the phone! Non emergency just need test results.

shittiest gp, blood test never got back to me, bad recommendations on birth control, their phone line is shit you have to wait 10+ mins for them to get to you the moment thei open ir, their app doesnt work to make requests etc

Tried to get an appointment for my 14 month old since Friday, it’s now Tuesday and still being told only taking emergency appointments. The receptionist should get a different job that she actually enjoys, not the first time she’s been rude and unhelpful on the phone.
