This shop does not seem to have a reasonable policy for exchanging items. I bought some trousers 2 weeks ago. They were not a good fit, so today I took them back and asked if I could exchange them for something else. Was told flatly no, not without a receipt!!! I decided not to argue with the volunteer and just said to keep the trousers. I haven't been refused

I found St Elizabeth Hospice Charity Shop in Harleston Norfolk to be a delightful well laid out shop in the centre of the town selling amongst other things, good quality clothes, books, household items and bric a brac.
The staff were very pleasant, very polite and very helpful.
All in all I found it to be a bright and pleasant shop that is well worth visiting.
