Great service all round from reception to consultation to surgery to meal to discharge. Quickly consulted, and actioned for a very reasonable price compared to others who, although very good, would have also taken longer to do the job.
Mr Timothy Justin had a unique way to repair hernias leaving me with only one small incision and no real pain. I used a few analgestics as an unnecessary precaution. I am very grateful.

Bev, Meg and particularly Leah were all excellent in their specific care and conversation. All other staff I met were courteous and considerate. I was feeling nervous about the procedure and everyone involved worked hard to alleviate those feelings. My recovery seems to be going well and I'm thankful for the care and attentiveness of all the staff involved.

Being slightly anxious about my surgery, particularly the anaesthetic I was made to feel safe and at ease. The whole experience was calm and stress free. The staff are second to none, the surgeon, anaesthetist and nurses were absolutely wonderful. My operation and stay in the hospital were beyond positive. Cannot fault them. Operation was done quickly and efficiently and I am virtually pain free already, just days later. Beautiful room, restaurant quality food and staff that genuinely care.Wonderful hospital.

The staff were all exceptionally kind and encouraging. Listened to my fears and worries and we're reassuring. I had everything I needed and they responded to the buzzer when I needed help. They acted quickly when issues, and didn't make me feel I was a burden. I can't thank them enough.

I had total hip replacement, on day of surgery I had a visit from everybody that would play a part in my day from catering through to surgeon.
I was made to feel welcome and at ease.
After surgery I was taken back to room where I was in the most fantastic hands and had not a worry with the days events.
I don’t think there could be anything that could be improved on.

At 65 my first ever hospital stay, so fair to say I've nothing to compare it to. Hip replacement so fairly involved process. I Don't have a single issue to complain about. All the staff have been helpful friendly & efficient. Information flow was remarkable. First time with hospital food & even that was perfectly good. A reasonable choice & well presented. Just have to mention the staff again, they were all top notch, certainly gave the impression that they enjoyed their work & cared about the patients needs. Happy to come back here, but hope I don't.
