I rang just now and spoke to Julia concerning the letter I received from Basildon hospital of which st clement hospital also has a copy and it was indicated I clearly need a blood test to ascertain my condition is still in remission and the staff blocked every of my attempt to book an appointment to see a nurse. This has happened twice within one week. The link they kept sending me is not helpful and their phone options says to book an appointment with a nurse press 2 and that was what I have been doing!
There clearly appear to be no regard or care for patients lives and whatever condition an individual may have, orelse why would the staff be blocking people from making appointments for urgent medical concerns?

I want to just say the reception staff are amazing molly Lisa and dawn any problem I have or have any problems with the children they always sort it for me! Any paperwork I need to do they are always super helpful! After a call with molly about a recent issue with myself she reassured me and made me feel better within myself she’s a star 🌟 thank you ladies ur all amazing always super polite and very helpful!

Absolutely amazing experience with these guys. I have to deal with them for my mum and I cannot thank them enough (especially Lisa) for their help. Lisa is kind compassionate and really embraces the ethos a doctors surgery should embody. A real asset to this surgery and their patients. Thank you 🙏🏽

Rude and condescending talk from the receptionist. 3 of them at the front chatting. Appointment at 10.30 20/8/24 and still waiting 40 minutes later - people who came after me were seen first and no explanation why and I asked how long it would be and all they can say is you’ll be seen next. I was here 10 minutes early and people who had just walked have already been and gone in the time I’ve waited. I understand it’s a busy practice and delays happen but this was very annoying.

I wish I wish I could give this a zero rating. 14:50 appointment and still waiting at 15:22!!. How does this place operate so badly! I just can’t fathom how this surgery gets away with it.

I went to register at the surgery today, a lovely receptionist named Brogan was very polite and helpful. I was reluctant to register due to all the negative reviews however the receptionist reassured me. I hope the great service continues.
