I can’t thank Tony enough for saving my springer boy Mo. He had ingested a nasty toxin and wasn’t far from passing. I left him overnight and by afternoon the next day he was back to his lively self. This vets offers an incredible 24/7 call-out service. I will never use another vets. Thank you again Tony.

We can’t thank Katherine enough for the incredible care she gave our pointer, Olive! After struggling with stiffness, lameness, and discomfort, Olive could barely manage short walks before starting to limp. Thanks to Katherine’s expert physio treatments, including a combination of laser and hydrotherapy, Olive made amazing progress. Every session was tailored to Olive’s needs, and now she’s back to her energetic self, enjoying full days of activity! Katherine continues to see Olive for maintenance checks, ensuring she stays in top form. We highly recommend Katherine for her knowledge, compassionate care, and personalised treatment approach!

Olly has previous history of being violent and aggressive towards members of your staff. Despite that you welcomed him back with open arms and were kind and considerate to both our needs. Medication before his main visit was prescribed and I can only thankyou for that. He had nothing but a chilled out peaceful journey there. I had several concerns- You treated/ addressed them all and also gave him a clean bill of health for the foreseeable future. Thankyou & thankyou again for not holding a grudge of him wanting to attack your staff when he's poorly. You made it a pleasure taking my furry friend to get looked after.
Edit- 1 week after his visit. Just incredible !!! He seems to be the same puppy now and has an added energy and happiness about him. Thankyou to you and your team!

We had to take our 11 week old puppy to St Bonniface today as the out of hours emergency vet. From the first contact with Tony he was clearly very knowledgeable and friendly. We had to leave the pup for x rays and medication and we felt completely confident with leaving her with Tony and his nurse. If we lived nearer to Crediton we would register with them for all our animals tomorrow. Their compassion for animals and customer care is unsurpassed.

What I say in these few words don’t do my experience justice with St Boniface !
Our vet Carly is amazing! Not only as a vet but as an individual as well. She has seen me at my worst when I nearly made the decision on my older springer spaniel when an episode of vestibular disease took over and with her expert advice and treatment Feebee turned a corner. Carly 110% supported us at our hour of need.
Carly is so adaptable and “has the way with animals”, my dear little yorkie Cindy hates coming into the practise but Carly’s presence makes the occasion bearable ….. only just ? - and she managed to vaccinate her without loosing her hand ?
Finally my puppy’s 2 nd jab. Dottee went in with her tail down coming out with her tail wagging. Think this says it all.

Not only is Carly our hero but all the staff especially front of house make visiting the practise a very welcoming place to come.

We joined St Boniface about 15 months ago, after we came here on the out of hours service from a vets in Heavitree. The treatment and care our boy Teddy has received has been amazing. Today I am writing this review laying on the bed with Teddy who has just had surgery. Not only did Nina and her amazing team help with Ted's anxiety, they also showed such compassion towards me and my anxiety (and believe me its bad!). Nina was personable, friendly and caring and accommodated all of my requests! Even the nurse that came to our car with Teds aftercare info, tried to make me feel better by telling me about her own personal experience when she was in my shoes! In the words of one fur mummy today, she would trust the vets at St Boniface with her own life! We feel very lucky to know that we have found a truly wonderful vets!

Having been ignored by the previous vet some hours only before we are extremely lucky that St. Boniface are our night service.
They literally saved our Esme’s life, as they recognised (as I had) that something was very wrong. They gave her round the clock care. I do believe that they could have done anymore, and although the bill was (expected!) very large it wasn’t actually it as much as we were dreading.
The staff are efficient, kind and understanding.
This is actually the second time they have proved invaluable and we will be forever grateful and thankful.

Tony the Vet and his staff were incredibly kind and gentle with our family at a very difficult moment of our cat's death. It also happened to be not the best moment for us financially and Tony has kindly agreed for us to pay in instalments (with no interest). We could not be more grateful!
