Having been a patient here for 10+ years, I am very happy with the services provided. The receptionist is always very friendly and helpful and the doctors, nurses and support workers are very kind and knowledgeable. It is easy to get the same or next day appointment and the treatment they provide is of a high standard. I had a GP appointment today and a blood test was recommended at the time. The receptionist said it can be done straight away. In 25min in the surgery, I saw the GP, got referred to a hospital specialist and had a blood test. I’m very impressed with the service today

After being fobbed off at JR's Mau and left to suffer at home. Two doctor's at St Barts ordered a range of blood tests promptly and followed up on the following day including seeing me at the practice promptly and arranging for me to be seen at the Seu promptly when I failed to improve. Where it was confirmed as my GP had suspected that I had a severe gall bladder infection which resulted in it's removal via surgery. Had it not been for them progressing things and telling me to get in touch if still unwell it could have raptured at home. I regret now wasting my time with Gastro outpatients & A&E and in future will go straight to my GP practice that brought my horrific suffering to an end and listened to me. Thank you so much to you both ( Dr Jarvis & Dr F Khan) !

Just wanted to share my positive experience as I think that people are more likely to review negative experiences. I had to go to the gp twice and both times was given an appointment the same day as I filled in the e consult form. The waiting time was always less than 15 mins and the staff was very friendly and meticulous. They also made sure to refer me contact the hospital. I was given an appointment at the JR the next day and had a positive experience then too.

I had a very disappointing experience with St. Bartholomew's Hospital. Despite informing them that I had been unwell for over a week and had already tried medication from Boots (who advised me to contact a doctor), the hospital staff told me I would need to wait another week before receiving any assistance.

This is unacceptable, especially when dealing with ongoing health issues. Patients deserve timely care and attention, but instead, I felt dismissed and left without proper support during a difficult time.

I visited the facility today due to cold and flu symptoms.
I was treated very nicely by the staff.
Special Thanks to Dr. Olena for the check up with right assistance.
Thanks to the young lady at the reception for coordinating throughout.

I am outraged by the practice here, before they joined Hollow way medical center everything was fine with them, they make fun of our children, you wait two weeks for an appointment and the day before the appointment they call to tell you they canceled it. How is it possible for a sick child to wait 2 weeks to cancel his appointment? I do not recommend this practice to anyone!!!!

Really bad service and careless and rude receptionist who does not even give you the simple right to TALK. Today is 10 October 2024, time is 11 am. I called enquiring about my prescription for gestational diabetes which I have been begging for for the last month. I waited on the phone for my turn. The receptionist was very careless and rude and kept on interrupting me. At the end she said I’ll send you a link and fill the form for the doctor! This is what they all say just to get rid of patients calls and get on with their day. If you don’t want to do your work, let someone else respectful and honest do it in the way it should be done!

Dr was an hour late and despite the surgery having asked me to come in she had no idea and not looked into my medical history.
Did not check my blood pressure when I’m on medication for it..:
And told me it could have been an e-appointment.
Never see the same practitioners.
The practice is a mess.
