Yesterday I have had for the first time! absolutely friendly and helpful young woman at the reception. She made me appointment and helped me with my prescription.I left hospital more than a month ago and was struggling with GP appointment as the previous reception staff was so ignorant just rejected me all the time telling me we are fully booked even showing them my letters from the hospital that I should have GPappointment urgently.

Attempting to make an appointment for a vulnerable adult is impossible! Asked to come to the surgery at 8am, but there is no receptionist working!
On top of which the receptionist turns up late at 8.30 and continues to raise her voice rudely to all the people waiting for at least 1 hour, without such as an apology.
Nobody answers the phone or the phone will redirect you to online services, which a vulnerable client cannot access.

Another barrier from the NHS.
The reception staff are unfriendly, unknowledgable, rude and will call you "Bro"
This is one of the most disgraceful NHS surgeries I have come across.
A very disappointed customer and disgraceful service to say the very least.

This practice is an absolute battle to work with regarding anything. The absolute incompetency regarding everything - appointments, follows up, prescriptions, results, referrals etc is absolutely mind blowing. Want a prescription? Better have the pharmacy need to call them because they haven’t processed it properly. Want results for an appointment 4 weeks ago? Oh yeah, you’ll have to chase them up multiple times.

Just don’t bother. It’s such a frustrating experience being registered to this practice.

Update: The practice responds to the (rare) good reviews they receive on Google but not the insane amounts of negative reviews. Clearly they are not trying to improve.

Absolutely awful behaviour in reception.i called this morning exactly at 8 o clock I was the first one. they called back at 8.38 my phone just rang 3seconds when I picked up they hang the phone on me. then they called back at 9 o'clock and weirdly telling me there is no more appointments. Are you kidding?and it's not the first time as well!!! I always hate to call there for something Absolutely useless and rude! If you don't like this job then leave there is plenty more better people who needs a job.

Terrible experience with this GP. Some of the doctors are nice and helpful but the reception staff are absolutely awful. I’ve issued a complaint after one of the receptionists asked why my child who had bronchitis needed an appointment for after I filled the form with all the information very detailed, and still got denied the emergency appointment. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I visited on 10th/12/24
Was the best service I received from both receptionist, and the GP, even though I walked in late. I was squeezed in for an emergency, after trying for over a week to get one through phone. Was the best treatment I received 🫶

Medical records keep disappearing, i’ve had to have 4 medicine reviews the last year because things keep disappearing from my profile, including EpiPens for a peanut allergy I’ve had met whole life. They told me there’s no records of me having an allergy, despite being hospitalised with anaphylaxis 2 months before. They only do on the day appointments via the phone, however the phone line cuts off when too many people call and the call back system doesn’t work

This is without a doubt the single worst surgery in all of London. Consistently incorrect pill dosage amounts. Incorrect prescriptions. my partners life depends on the right pills. They constantly screw up the dosage. Rude, unhelpful staff. Stonewalling phone calls. God help you if you have to go to this surgery. This is the poster child for the failing NHS. Avoid at all costs.
