Without a shadow of a doubt the very best Smoked Salmon, Duck & (unexpectedly) cheeses I have EVER tasted! Not only that but polite staff and a surprise tour behind the scenes when I popped in made the experience incredible and as a foodie myself something I really cherished. Nick the head smoker is incredibly knowledgeable and told me he's worked there for 30 years! Anita & Simon the owners also extremely polite, knowledgeable and keen to share the incredible produce. My Christmas table looks amazing this year and it's thanks to local companies like Springs!

Took my Mum here as a birthday gift along with my girlfriend and 2 year old son. We loved it. Nick the manager loves his job, is knowledgeable and passionate about what he does and has years of experience. He wants you to have a good time and understand the work involved in his products. The tour is something quite special, and what a result at the end you get to feast on the final products. I think this is a great experience and I know my Mum loved it. I can highly recommend doing this tour and tasting, I will certainly be telling my friends to sign up.

Great experience. Low key, they are quite a small outfit but nothing too much trouble. Be sure to go over lunchtime to grab a selection of the smoked products. Best smoked salmon I have ever tasted plus others I've never had before. Excellent!

Discovered this place last December when looking for some Christmas Salmon and absolutely loved the fact that you are buying the products directly from where they have been smoked. The salmon was superb and we also loved the smoked cheddar cheese. Definitely worth a visit and all the staff are really friendly and have been there for years. We were also delighted that we recently found them at The South Of England Show and stocked up some of our favourites. The smoked duck we tried was also awesome.

What a great find Springs has been!! We love their smoked salmon, it's just delicious! Nice to find a family run business using aged old traditional methods, all hand filleted, & their top guy has been there for donkeys years, so you know its good! Got to try some smoked cheese next & other goodies! Delivery was quick & customer service was fab! Thank you Springs!

We made bespoke hampers this year for some of our clients and team, we ordered online for our Cheese & Salmon from Springs as they're local and have a fantastic reputation. Produce was delivered quickly and went down a treat! Not ashamed to say I kept a few bits back for myself, it looked too good to give away!!!
