I have just had hip replacement surgery in Springfield hospital and cannot praise the staff enough. Especially to Leanne who kept checking in on me and was a massive support. All the staff are so kind, caring and helpful including the physio therapy team who got me up and about. The food was nice. Nothing was too much trouble.

Honestly the most helpful and friendly hospital I’ve used, me and my dad both had knee surgery here and both have changed our lives for the better with a full recovery.
I would like to say a special thank you to Shula who dealt with my dad very kindly and professionally when we showed up in the early hours of the morning due to an emergency, you are an absolute star.
Thank you again to all the staff here for your support you’ve all made the experience truly as well as can be.

2 weeks ago I had a hip replacement at Springfield Hospital and the care was outstanding. The nurses were delightful, caring, sensitive and nothing is too much to ask. One nurse french plaited my hair, another washed me top to toe which was much needed Day 1 after the op when I had very limited mobility. I stayed in 3 nights had a private room and bathroom, my own TV. The food was excellent too, a lovely menu to choose from great food. The surgeon checked on me each day which was reassuring. I’m making a fantastic recovery much quicker than I expected. Thank you all at Springfield Hospital.

Visited Springfield hospital on the 2/10/1997 for Breast augmentation and can honestly say the procedure & care was absolutely 5*
The surgery went so smoothly and the nurses went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and comfortable (Shout out to Raymond who done an amazing job looking after me!)
The food was high quality and really good choice. And was delivered by lovely happy chefs/waitresses.
I wouldn’t hesitate to re-visit Springfield hospital for further procedures! 🙂

My experience with Springfield Hospital has again been 5star. This is my 2nd surgery in 12 months at this hospital and every department runs meticulously. From the initial consultation through to the operation, discharge from the hospital to all the follow up for after care. Nothing is to much for the staff, they are all very attentive. The hospital is clean, well equipped, food was lovely with multiple choices & I would not hesitate to return in the future. Thank you to Farah, Angela, Suzanne, David & (everybody loves) Raymond for my aftercare. Great physio team during the stay & also with the follow up appointments. Special thanks to Mr Palmer for “making me better”

Be very wary of visiting this hospital as an NHS patient. They are not interested in anything but getting their consultancy fee. Saw Mr Palmer about my knee today and he couldn't get me out fast enough! Very insincere and not even slightly bothered about listening to me, interrupted my several times. Was treated so much better by the NHS consultant!

I had a knee arthroscopy and was very anxious before hand. I had a lovely team of nursing staff looking after me (Sue and Raymond). They explained things and reassured. Always made sure I was comfortable and had what I need. They checked on me after and were on hand whenever I needed. Thank you!!
