Avoid this care company for your elderly relatives AT ALL COSTS. Turning up 1-2 hours late when my dad is dependent on them to get out of bed, not turning up at all and extremely negligent care are all part of the norm when choosing this service. Lots of care staff speak broken English which isn't a problem in and of itself however I have encountered several that come across incredible rude with little actual interest in looking after their clients - they are just waiting for the slot to finish so they can leave. I have caught carers round a corner on their phone whilst I have been around helping my dad instead of taking any initiative to ask what they can do to help. Unbelievably poor, feel very sorry for all the clients they have inevitably let down, my dad being one of them.

Unfortunately the care given by the majority of staff is negligent to say the least . Have no idea on basic hygiene . Client left sat in urine and faeces. In my experience the majority of staff are on sponsorship licences and speak very broken English which for an elderly person with partial deafness makes communication very difficult. Management shocking . Still waiting for a return phone call re my complaint. Will have to look at a direct payment as I have no idea how this company is keeping this contract from my local authority. CQC will also be getting a phone call.

Shocking company, no communication, nobody speaks or understands English well. They don't even read the care package let alone deliver it. Don't know how they have got approved. Avoid at all cost!

The team here are exceptional. They always arrive with a smile on their face and nothing is too much trouble. They all work very hard to consistently deliver quality care to ensure needs are met for all, be it customers, their families or their fellow employees. Highly recommend.

This company is possibly the worst I’ve ever come across I know of three people having these to care for them and it’s atrocious
