Went today, and they were really helpful with my boy in trying to get him to understand his feelings, I left the room as he wished, but when I arrived back they showed me what they had been doing, whilst waiting I heard laughter from them both. When we had left, he said he had had a good time with the women and would happily go back and do it again.

Complete shambles, skimmed the notes asked 3 basic 1 word answer questions and gave a couldn't be arsed attitude the entire time. We felt a complete burden, he openly admitted the "consultant" that they don't make referrals as there is no funding and 99% get rejected. Embarrassingly poor standard of care, the notes were incorrect and had lots of incorrect and made up information as they were written by the his secretary he said and blamed them. I'm sorry but as the consultant or specialist you should complete the assessment is negligent to palm it off to someone as you can't be bothered. I'll get it corrected and removed was the response after our objections to the fictional report which was completed. He had his mind made up before he met our child vaguely based on a short telephone consultation. He did not want to listen to a word we said whatsoever it was a complete slap in the face.

I’ve been here a couple of times for my daughters speech and language therapy, and to see a paediatrician. Both times we were seen promptly and staff were friendly.
