Amazing and attentive staff. The day nurse, Assia, after and before surgery was so sweet and made my mom feel reassured. Mom returned for a follow up appointment to remove the drain and nurses Sophia and Yasmin were great, super friendly and supportive. From the hospitality staff and nurses to the surgeon… nothing but amazing things to say. Such a good establishment

My Dad needed a CT scan pronto & with an ailing NHS wait times I spoke with a lovely lady Dawn Congdon @ Spire Parkway to go private.
Dawn was informative & very pragmatic in securing my Father with a CT scan. Correspondence was top notch from Dawn from email to telephone interaction this lady is a credit to Spire.
My Father had his CT scan yesterday done & dusted. I spoke with Dawn on the Friday she emailed me what I needed as soon as I had a GP letter she offered my Father a scan that day but we went the day after. Great all round service thank you Dawn & thank you Spire. With Staff like Dawn the transition was exceptional & again whatever the results money is not an issue when it comes to my Fathers health & I’m so glad my Father was able to get in promptly. ❤️

Trying to make an appointment with Spire Parkway is almost impossible. They do not answer their phones and the call back function does not work. You get held in a queue for 20 minutes then cut off. Might be quicker to go NHS A&E:)

What has happened to this hospital I have experience nothing but problems with this hospital this year. Complaints aren’t taken seriously. There is zero communication with regards to appointments. Voicemail messages left for admissions are never returned. You are made to wait months for certain appointments and often the results. Very few staff seem willing to help or go the extra mile anymore. Seems they are taking on too many patients and now struggling to cope with the demand.
Please address these issues, I don’t expect to pay the premium to use a private hospital to experience all the issues I have encountered this year.

I had an operation at Spire last week and from start to finish everything was fantastic from booking-in to being Disharged.
Room was great Food excellent,Nurses like Martin,Heather,Alison and all the others who treated me there attending to your needs.
Mr Makrides and his team for sorting out my Hip I could go on & on.

Beautiful place to stay for my Op. Surgeon made me feel at ease. Staff were professional, kind and welcoming. 5 star treatment from start to finish. Food was amazing and plenty of choice. Nothing was too much to ask for. Thank you to all the staff, nurses, doctors, health care assistants, kitchen staff etc for making my stay so welcoming. God bless u all .xxx

Good evening,
I had an operation - Pelvic Floor Repair by Mrs Khaja on Thursday 2nd January 2025, an overnight stay.
I felt I had to write to you to THANK everyone who assisted me during my stay.
From arrival at Reception where SUSAN booked me in and ANGIE showed me to my room. So welcoming. DONNA then took care of my care on arrival. Her very kind caring professional manner put me instantly at ease ( and I was very anxious)
Not long after GWEN came in and offered my Husband a drink, what a lovely lady.
Also the 2 x LIZ ladies and ALISON were all so lovely and kind at sorting out meals and refreshments.
After my operation and back in my room BEV looked after me during the night hours regularly checking and being very reassuring, especially when feeling a little vulnerable.
On Friday morning DEB was so gentle in making me comfortable after the op. Then JANICE took over along with DEE.
What lovely ladies that I can’t speak highly enough of. Both just so natural in the manner and very approachable.
They are what you call genuine Angels with a proper calling to the Nursing profession.
LUCY from physio came to see me to explain what the next steps would be and also the Lady from Pharmacy came with medication.
I know this is a long email but I just wanted who ever is in charge ( and please do pass this on and also comments to those mentioned too)
My whole experience at Spire Parkway made a scary time just so much more bearable.
Your Staff work so so hard with genuine concern for the patients and I really wanted those concerned to know this.
Thank you once again, and also to MRS KHAJA and the THEATRE TEAM AND
Also today 30th January I had a follow up Physio appointment with Mrs Woodward, such a lovely caring very informative lady. Really put my mind at rest, thank you

Thank you to Miss Bakali and her team.
A big thank you to Nurse Rosien a real gem she reassured me and stayed with me till I went into theatre, I was really anxious she made me feel at ease. I wanted to write this review to reflect that kindness is never unnoticed and very much appreciated.
Also thank you to the anaesethist didn’t feel the needle go in my hand it was all very quick which helped as I was really anxious.
Thank you to all the ward staff for being kind, helpful and welcoming.
You all deserve recognition thank you.
