Fabulous experience at Spire Norwich Hospital after an overnight stay after op. Fantastic staff all across the board cannot fault anything. Food was excellent with healthy choices and spotlessly clean. Cannot mention staff by name as all excellent and wouldn't want to leave anybody out. 5* highly recommend 👌

What a fantastic hospital due especially to the wonderful staff the Spire employs. Over my 3 months of recent visits every single staff member has been friendly, professional and reassuring from reception team, porters, MRI & X-ray staff, catering staff, pre-admission staff, pharmacists, physios, ward staff and theatre staff included the amazing nurses, doctors, consultant and anaesthetist (I hope I haven’t left anyone out).
Every step of the way I was fully informed and looked after the best. I was an extremely anxious patient prior to surgery but everything was managed perfectly.
Surgery was a huge success and I cannot recommend Mr Rai my surgeon and
Dr Dhram my anaesthetist more highly. Apologies to James Erum who looked after me in recovery and had to answer me at least 100 times as to whether I still had full functioning of my fingers and toes, he was both reassuring and funny 🙂

The Spire itself is modern, bright, spotless and hospitality staff and food/drink excellent… like a 5 star hotel …. Not that I want to visit too often ☺️

A nasty ACL injury which got in the way of me doing what I love the most - Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Football. from day 1 Mr Chan was amazing and so was all the team at Spire including the physios. 10 months in I am back to 80% of what I was and can confidently tell the future looks bright. Will forever share the positive experience I had with anyone that ever asks!

I cannot fault Spire Norwich, from my first consultation to post-op, I had a faultless experience.
I stayed on Poppy Ward for a day procedure a month ago and I honestly cannot thank the staff enough. Absolutely everyone was so welcoming, friendly, patient and helpful.
I was actually a bit nervous to attend after reading some of the reviews but, I truly didn’t need to be (it seems people get such a bee in their bonnet about simple things)!!
Thank you Spire, hopefully not in the near future but, (weirdly) I’ll actually look forward to the next time I need to visit ☺️

My wife had a consultation with Professor Ketan Dhatariya and all I can say is I am deeply disappointed with his attitude and service, he was completely disrespectful towards my wife during her consultation, she had worked hard to get the money to have a private consultation and was meet with nothing but contempt and attitude from some one who should have been showing care and compassion and empathy for someone who has come to them seeking their help instead being shown a callous and contempt for a patient. I was very close to snapping at him but unlike Professor Ketan Dhatariya me and my wife know how to be kind and professional me and my wife are deeply unsatisfied and disgusted by Professor Ketan Dhatariya and would recommend anyone who has a problen to seek someone else. We were completely disgusted by his behaviour he is a disgrace to the profession.

I attended Spire a while ago for an issue I had ongoing for basically my whole life, I got everything I needed done and had a proper diagnosis after going around in circles for so many years, I will be forever grateful. The staff were incredibly friendly, the consultation process was informative and the procedure I had done, the nurses were so great, extremely comforting.
