I was given a prescription which was written incorrectly with no quantity and consequently I am not able to get the medicine after trying 3 different pharmacists. The hospital's pharmacy did not have the medicine in stock in the specific concentration I was prescribed. The consultant I saw has not 1, but 2 secretaries apparently (Andrea and Jane) and I still have had to chase multiple times for proof of invoice of the consultation because I was refused one on the spot. I had to chase for the post consultation notes to be emailed to me and to my GP too because they didn't have an email address for my GP which could have easily been found with a 2 seconds google search. Just downright lack of professionalism, a complete waste of time. Sometimes you really don't get what you pay for

Went to get my epididymitis examined because antibiotics had not had an effect and I found a large lump. Cost me £200 for Dr Chow to tell me he couldn't find the lump, laughed when I said it is more prevalent sometimes and basically tell me I just needed to drink water and hope for the best to sort out my epididymitis issues. Had better advice from regular NHS GP. What a joke
