Review of Gatwick Spire Hospital

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Gatwick Spire Hospital, and I cannot praise the team enough for the exceptional experience I had from start to finish.

From the moment I interacted with the booking team, their efficiency and professionalism set a positive tone. The receptionists were warm, welcoming, and ensured my check-in process was seamless. The nursing staff displayed incredible care and attentiveness, making me feel comfortable and reassured throughout my visit.

A special shout-out to the catering team, who truly went above and beyond. They treated me like a VIP, paying attention to every detail and ensuring I was well taken care of. Their kindness and attention were the cherry on top of an already stellar experience.

Thank you to everyone at Gatwick Spire Hospital for your professionalism, dedication, and for making my visit such a pleasant one. You turned what could have been a stressful time into a smooth and even enjoyable experience. Highly recommended!

I visited the imaging department on 14 November at 11.20am. I had a barium swallow and meal test. I became very disabled in December 2020 due to covid. Kelli , Dr Sellars and I think the lady's name was Mandi were amazing. They were so kind, considerate and patient especially as my husband my carer couldn't come into the scans with me. Although my disabilities rose, they did everything they could to make me feel comfortable

I wanted to praise the Nursing team at Gatwick Park especially Nurse Grace Wise who went above & beyond whilst I recovered from a recent operation . Grace was so kind , caring & friendly during my stay & was so reassuring after my surgery answering all my query’s & concerns regarding medication & after care she really put me at ease & made my experience such a positive one . I was discharged yesterday after a two night stay for a hip replacement, having had the other hip replaced at Gatwick Park last September.

I cannot speak highly enough of the care and attention that I received throughout my stay, be it from the surgical and recovery teams, the nursing team, the physio team or the ladies providing the meals - in fact absolutely everybody I came into contact with.

It's a credit to not only all the staff but also to management who seem to have created such a positive environment. I was almost sorry to leave yesterday and certainly know where I'll be going if I have to have my knee done in the future which is a possibility!
