Excellent service all round. From the eye test with the optometrist, to the sales team and glasses fitting. Everyone was absolutely superb.

David helped me with choosing of my glasses and Gemma was brilliant and patient with me when it came to the fitting. Specsavers kept me updated on every step of the process from the moment I booked the initial eye test and I’m very happy with my new glasses.

I’m not a usual customer, but came in for an emergency appointment under the eye care scheme. The branch completely surpassed all expectations, and all the staff were professional, efficient and knowledgeable.
Riz is one of the best ophthalmologist’s I’ve met, and was thorough and empathetic.
This branch really could be used as an example of what excellent looks like, and other locations could learn a lot!

Absolutely brilliant experience! Welcomed warmly, very professional staff, no long wait time, and such a gorgeous office. Riz was absolutely amazing and made the kids feel very comfortable during the exam letting them know exactly what was going on. Such a plethora of frame options too! 10/10. Highly recommend.
