I attended for my two year test as requested. All staff that I encountered were pleasant, as well as professional. After the test I received comprehensive feedback, had questions answered and glasses recommended. The choice was extensive and the pair selected were ready and waiting within a week. Very good thorough service. I had actually chosen my glasses on line first, so it was just a matter of seeing them on & being adjusted. Maybe if a photo could be taken at the fitting stage, to confirm what the glasses look like on.

Like the glasses now I've been back to have them adjusted - when I bent my head they fell off. A few minutes in front of the hot air machine and they are fine.
