The people who work here are exceptional. Sonam who conducted my eye exam was very kind and helpful, as was everyone working on the ground floor and at the till. Very patient and let me take my time to pick out new frames. Called up to store and they rescheduled my glasses to be available for pick up one day earlier to help me out. Great service

A shambles of an experience never used Specsavers Leamington before and wow I wish I hadn’t. Poor customer service experience from the start. Order was wrong, over sold super digital when not required at £219. Spent over £400 before my company discount. Wrong prescription on both glasses and over 3 hours in this store with staff who don’t know what they are doing and the whole process dismal. If I could have scored less than 1 I would.

I had an appointment at this store the other day and arrived just 5 minutes late due to parking issues. To my surprise, they refused to carry on with my appointment, meaning I completely wasted my time going there. However, last year, when I had an eye test at the same store, I had to wait 15 minutes in the waiting room before being seen. It seems like when they are late, it's acceptable, but if a customer is even slightly late, the appointment is canceled. This double standard is ridiculous. I won’t be returning to this store.

Had a poor product experience but then was overwhelmed by the service. It's amazing how a brand can overcome a poor product experience just because their staff is amazing, kind and so patient. Thank you Ms. Pavleen for reinforcing that customer experience can be great even when customers are unhappy with the product.

Got there early, had to wait till allotted time though. A bit pushy regards extras that weren't included in my package deal. Very good at their job, machines were not the cleanest, mostly makeup from previous customers. Got good feedback. 👍 Would go again.

I had to go into Leamington Specsavers as I was away from home and forgot my contact lenses and didn't have glasses. I needed to be home for work and leamington Specsavers sorted me out with suitable lenses to drive home. They were so helpful and polite. Great service.

A very positive appointment with Specsavers today. Mrs Bhadal in particular deserves a mention for her very relaxed and informative approach. I came away very pleased and I will return to purchase my prescription, I just didn’t have the time this visit.
