The optician was brilliant, really friendly and explained everything very clearly. I normally use a different optician's but after visiting Specsavers I will be returning to them. I was really impressed with the service, everyone was so efficient and friendly from the moment you walk into the shop. From the moment I stepped into the shop until I left, the service I received was great. Will definitely use Halifax as my local store from now on. Also went with my husband, son and daughter-in-law and all four of us were really pleased with the service we received. Absolutely amazing service whenever I step into Specsavers. I'm always greeted with a smile and told where to go/what to do. This month's visit was with Sabha, Brandon and Sue. They all helped me from start to finish. Really happy with my new glasses and sunglasses. Thank you guys!! 🙂

I very efficient and well run store. Plenty of choice with frames, and many different costs. Met & greet is lovely and waiting times have been minimal. The opticians are very attentive to your specific requirements and explain outcomes very well.

Everyone is exceptionally friendly but I felt there was a disconnect between the Optician who gave the eye test and the staff downstairs who help to choose the recommended spectacles. The optician handed me over with minimal communication and I was then handed over again to a second salesperson. I wasn't given any indication of potential cost until after making my choices. Over £500 for two pairs. It all seemed very rushed to me and therefore quite badly explained. Slow down it's not a fast food restaurant.

Really good thorough eye test at specsavers a few days ago. I didn't have to wait until my test started. The optician explained the details of the various tests taken and how this affected my current and future sight. I wasn't 'pressured' in any way to buy more glasses.

I must say all the staff at Halifax Specsavers have all been very good but one member of staff stands out and that is Brendon he has gone above and beyond to help me with the problems I have had with my new glasses. Nothing has been too much trouble to him

I recently moved Opticians, mostly because Specsavers offered a larger selection of glasses. Plus I’d recently experienced an eye problem and they could see me immediately, which was important. Everything from eye exam, to final fitting was outstanding. Thank you!
