Great conveyor belt service. In, test, buy out. friendly but rapid. If you ask questions, have needs or are unsure then this is not for you. non caring and unhelpful once you don`t fit on that conveyor belt process.

Staff are polite and eye test and support for lenses was good but all seems dysfunctional. Found some frames I liked and chose them. They said would put with my name own behind counter to see is suitable for varifocal. Went in the following week to try out new contact lenses as was going to trial dallied. I asked when glasses would be ready and was told still behind counter as I should have had a measure and fitting, not told this the week prior. Was offered one that day. Also they had ordered 4 boxes of contact lenses for just my right eye and none for the left. Have had to wait another two weeks. Had to ring and ask if my glasses were ready as not been contacted. Told yes and are in the shop ready for my 10.30 apt the following day but had not been notified. Just seems that it needs more organisation and structure that would suit some of the teams high capabilities xx

I’ve had exceptional customer service at this branch. From the time my daughter needed glasses and store staff entertained my toddler and made us feel welcome and to my own eye test and choosing frames. The optician was great in helping me understand eye health and the staff were amazing again.

There is one lady in particular who was so lovely to my daughters and we will only visit this branch! There was also another lady that did everything to ensure I found my phone after leaving it in store - thank you! There was also another man who gave my daughter glasses to try on just for fun and kept her entertained!

Glasses ready within 10 days and exceptional service throughout. Thank you Specsavers. Your staff at this branch are exceptional.

Very bad service I called them 5 times in one month to get my test results which I really need . In the end they said I have to go to their website and find a form somewhere between the pages to fill it in they even refused to email me the form🤦
