Staff were so helpful, I got problem with my ears they couldn’t have been more accommodating. I didn’t have an appointment but they had a look and advised me what to do and am going back in a few days, Gemma in particular was brilliant. Thanks to all the team that day.

No complaints whatsoever, warm welcome from the lady at the front . Done my test with Sarah , very professional and answered all my questions. Razz looked after me making sure the most suitable frame was selected , would recommend him to anyone .

Awful and disrespectful staff. 1.12.24 I came to get my contact lenses at 11am as I was said in my message from them.
The 2 men staff jumped on me saying I had to come at 10.30.
Why and how I could new that if in my message they didn't write this information?
One of them used lies saying he called me and said. Sorry in our time of hundreds of messages and tasks Specsavers staff must learn to use the write words and right time!
Why they say "your appointment is for 11am" and they say it in a message as well.
Is it difficult to say 10:30? This is logic, they just need to use a common sense.

The optician was really helpful, explained the various tests. Though I had recently increased the text size on my phone from small to normal the optician checked that I was still comfortable and understood that my eyes are at the beginning of needing reading glasses but not absolutely necessary just yet
