I would say it was the best experience I’ve ever had at Spec Savers to date. Very informative and professional. For me personally, I would like to have the option to be able to reuse my own frame where possible, rather than having to throw them away.

World prefer to give zero stars! Totally let down by the Didcot branch. With 10 days before his holiday my son broke his glasses and stressed the urgency of needing his new glasses quickly. However a week after his appointment, Specsavers Didcot had failed to even send his order to their lab. Their response ‘nothing we can do other than offer a refund!’ Absolutely shocking customer service!

Very good customer service. They very helpful and willing to go the extra mile.

I have been back (jan 2025), the customer service is very good. I got a eye test and did not wanted to buy glasses without my family opinion. I didn't felt pressured to do it now and then.
I returned on a busy Saturday but didn't waited more than 5 min for someone to help me to get a new pair of spectacles. I recommend this branch.
