I recently visited this store, and I was impressed by the amazing staff. My glasses were damaged a while ago, and I was hoping they could help me. To my surprise, they fixed my glasses for free! The manager, Krupal, was especially helpful. I would like to extend my thanks to him for his wonderful service.

Not impressed, the team member conducting my eye test was rather inexperienced and deemed my prescription to have worsened. Surprising as it’s not gone up by more than -0.5 in the last 4 years. Collected my glasses, another team member barely bothered to fit them correctly, they’re constantly sliding down and the glasses are definitely too strong!! Better off going to the Watford branch, infinitely better service and care!

Visited my local branch today and was greeted kindly by the team, Pragna was the lovely lady that health check my contact lens fitting and it went very smoothly. She also kindly offered me pair of lenses to keep me going before my full amount arrives. Overall a very nice and pleasant experience. 👍🏽

Don’t bother with this place, the service is atrocious. I visited today for a pre-booked eye test. I was seated, then ignored for more than half an hour. Nobody informed me of any delays. When I flagged that I had been waiting for so long, a lady asked had I been into a particular room. I said I had not, she then disappeared into that room and then never returned! After more than 30 minutes waiting, I had to go back to the office so I left. I’ll take my custom and the money for my next 40 years of eye tests to a different company instead!

Thank you Specsavers High Barnet for the wonderful service you offered me on Saturday 30th of November 2024. I felt valued from the moment I walked through the front door.
I was checked in straight away and shown to the clean and comfortable waiting area and also informed about the special offers that were available.
The optometrist who saw me (Mrs S. Peara) was very professional and knowledgeable and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I was seen on time and there was no pressure for me to buy glasses or any other products immediately .
Well done Specsavers High Barnet team keep up the good work.

I have been a customer of theirs since 2021. I used to wear glasses, but a month ago I started to really care about contact lenses. I learned how to put in and take out my lenses under their supervision. Now I have several free lenses to use and I am waiting to receive my lenses and use them to play football better than glasses.
