Fantastic people. Had to get bread & milk but had my dog & new puppy with me. One member of staff offered to get my shopping for me and then another offered to watch my pups whilst I was shopping. Wonderful people. They are the biggest reason my covid pup has learnt sociability after being so shy. Shop is a godsend also.

I frequently use this store. The majority of staff are really nice and friendly and I can have a laugh in there. Usually well stocked too. And I can get cash since the 3 banks abandoned the town.

I called to collect a parcel today. I did not have an F number. The staff member requested my phone and looked through my personal emails and EBay account,(surely breaking data protection)
Despite confirmation of order and delivery and my order number and email they still refused to hand my order over. I attempted to pick up and take the parcel seeing as it was my property, they chased me out of the store like a shop lifter which was very humiliating.
Surely common sense is needed but they behaved with idiotic burocracy. The staff member added further insult by stating that 'you should have had it delivered to your home'

Great spar and good opening times. Staff are always lovely and friendly no matter what time it is. Cheaper than Co-op so 5* from me!

Spar mmmmm well my experience was not good.What happened to saying HELLO or THANK YOU or GOOD BYE.You need to train your staff the basics SPAR.One less customer who won't be visiting your shop.
