What an absolutely outstanding facility this is and a credit to the health proffesion.
I had both eyes done here approx 6 weeks apart, and on each occasion every member of staff I encountered were so polite and helpful. The eye surgeons were brilliant and explained everything in detail and answered all my questions.
I would thoroughly recommend spa medica to anyone requiring cataracts surgery

Professional and caring! Everyone single member staff was amaizing with me! I was very nervous even this is my second eye at big old age of 30! ? Talked me though it all and even receptions gave me a cuddle afterwards! Thank you all so much!

Took a relative yesterday, what a great facility!! Lovely, friendly, welcoming efficient staff. Cleanliness & hygiene amazing, ( I’m sure the toilet seat was polished!?).
They are a prime example of how all nhs services could and should be managed.
No excuses in other areas for poor standards & apathy, a good environment can be created without funding, it’s the management & attention to basic care that makes a difference.
Only one point….can you shout patient’s names louder please because we couldn’t hear! Thank you for everything

Had my cataract surgery today and I would like to say this place is absolutely fantastic. All the staff, from the receptionists to the surgeon are extremely friendly and welcoming. The process is so smooth and each step is explained in detail. For anyone nervous about having this procedure I would definitely say don’t be, the difference in my vision even after 12 hours is remarkable and with only a slight gritty feeling in my eye.

Cannot recommend highly enough ,the staff are so friendly and put you at ease.I have had both eyes done, and would say to people don’t put it off get them done,the results are amazing. I was terrified,but it really is nothing to worry about.Thank you SpaMedica .

My partner went for eye
