Great little place to head to, to support their charity. Great, even with a buggy, easy to get around, plus a cute cafe. Maybe a little pricey for a pumpkin, but it's for a great cause. Lovely garden centre too.

Great selection of pots and plants at a reasonable price. Food in the cafe is delicious, too. Service is speedy when I've been (daytime mid-week), despite being busy. Enjoyed a sausage sandwich and a huge mug of tea with a friend in a lovely setting.

Nice little garden centre with a lovely cafe seating is available inside and out.We went for breakfast it was ok although when asked if we could have a brown/multi grain bacon sandwich was told they like to keep that bread for their lunch menu(the reason why I gave the 4 stars) apart from that the staff and garden centre is definitely worth a visit.

Wow what a lovely little sanctuary, a lovely garden centre run by lovely people. All friendly service. Had lovely meal in cafe, all fresh food prepared. Garden centre lovely an well stocked. I suffer from my mental health and this place is lovely and calming. Just what I needed. Will definitely be back soon.

Spadeworks is a fantastic local charity that provides employment for individuals with learning difficulties. I visit regularly and always enjoy their lovely farm shop and café. Each year, they do an amazing job with their Halloween pumpkins, and this year they even had a haunted house, which the kids absolutely loved!

I also use their log delivery service, which is both good value and very convenient. It’s heartwarming to know that by supporting them, I’m also contributing to a great local cause.

Highly recommend visiting or using their services—it’s a wonderful place with a strong community spirit.

Spadework was a remarkable experience. It a story dating back 40 years. From humble origins it was voted Kent Charity of the Year 2023. The staff, volunteers, and beneficiaries work relentlessly to create a safe space for people with a range of mental health issues and dementia. It was a pleasure to attend, witness and participate in what was a truly memorable visit.
