I would highly recommend this surgery, I've always been able to book a telephone appointment with the doctor on the day and also been seen by a doctor where a follow up appointment has been needed. The receptionists are friendly and empathetic and I always find them to be very polite when I've needed to call to book an appointment or ask for advice.

Very poor service.
For 5 years haven't done even single health check on my son, or a blood test. Kids are generally healthy they said, even with pain in the chest.
For 5 years never contained me for any test results. You have to call them in specific hours over the day. Doesn't matter you are at work. And to go through with call takes at least 45 trys and about an hour.
But above everything is them special phone line for punjaby speaking patients. Are we in Punjab? In this country have people whole over the world. They don't have special phone lines for them.
Can't book you an appointment for doctor for next day. You have to call in the morning and there is not always available appointment.....ridiculous.....45 minutes on the phone to contact with them and there is no available appointment. Not to say that even if you book one they may not gonna call you back.
Ordering prescription.....they forgot to turn the next page and ordered to the pharmacy only few of the medicines that you need.
When you put everything together and complain about it they kick you out of the practice instead of improving the service.
For 5 years I received one single letter that they suggested me to look out for other GP practice after pointing all weak points in them service.
Absurd that is the word describing Spa Medical Centre.

The single worst and most unpleasant surgery, I’ve ever encountered.
Do not use Dr Tim Knight under any circumstance, he is an appallingly unprofessional GP with bad practice.

The worst experience ever from a doctor an receptionists and iam 47 year-old, i went on 3 visits in the space of a weekme and my 2 children under the age of 12 years-old and being seen by the doctors .
On the third visit I was ask wear is my ask ? I told them I was exempt me and my children was bullied out refused to be seen , and dr knight who see me few days before booked these other appointments kick us out the surgery, he and his receptionists weren't wearing any mask either.i have this all on video
They don't deserve any stars for me lighting stuck from God . Z

Very disappointed! Wait a month with high fever and cough before get proper medicine. Second time need an MRI prescription in UK because get injured in Italy and even with all paperwork from the Italian A&E hospital the doc refuse to check properly. Result: felt down during a simple walk when doc said you can even climb. 5 star for the nurse.

Wish I could do no stars. This surgery is out to harm their patients, I've been put on sertraline and nortriptyline together which can be dangerous. This surgery will be reported to the correct organisation to be INVESTIGATED. 👎👎👎Moving to croft medical centre.
