Friendly and welcoming. Everything about the procedure was explained to me in detail and I was given the opportunity to ask questions. I was given useful aftercare information. The procedure was comfortable and pain free and carried out in a gentle and caring way. I would certainly not hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone and car parking was free!
