Used to be really good, but pretty much closed at this point. No communication that is helpful. Website dead. Pharmacy open though and are amazing as always! It's a good job this isn't TripAdvisor.

The staff here are superb. They put you at your ease straight away and explain everything that they're going to do before they start so you know what to expect.
The level of knowledge is first class and they're very approachable about any issues that you have. I know that my medical needs are certainly being well attended to by everyone within the practice, right from the reception staff, the nurses, through to the GPs.

I had a very good experience a couple of days ago. I registered and needed a same day appointment. The reception staff was very helpful on the phone and then when i arrived. Despite a serious walk-in case coming in after me I was still able to be seen in good time. I will be happy to go back (but hopefully I won't need to of course).

There are a couple of good doctors in the surgery. But the attitude from the receptionists is appalling. Tried to book a doctors appointment for my daughter finger to find out she had been taken off the list because I hadn't booked an appointment with in a year. Because I am not registered there, they won't let me put her back on the list! This is what they have led me to believe. Poor communication and sarcastic attitude has led me to move her a further 2 miles away to get her better treatment somewhere else when it was really handy to have a doctors close to her school and home. I know that I'm not the only family to have been treated like this. On a up side, there is a really lovely but small pharmacy inside the building which I regularly use!
