Twice in 8 days a friend of mine has near bled to death due to a medical complication. The paramedics have been wonderful however, the oporators are rude, obstructive and unplesant. One of the times I had to call they left my friend waiting from 10 am-6 pm for an ambulance. Despite my protesting they deemed my friend as 'non urgent'. Once she reached hospital she needed 5 pints of plasma as she had near bled out.
