Arrived for my appt on a Saturday. No one on reception. No one waiting in reception. Receptionist when they did turn up was quite aloof. Posters in reception area are so out of date. Advertising a Christmas market that was 2 weeks ago, an afternoon tea that was actually week ago

I visited Norton Place this morning and once again 11 out of 10 !
Amanda went way beyond what you would expect anyone to do and after talking with her arranged an appointment with Dr Singh within 20 minutes and Dr Singh then arranged another blood test immediately and sent of for me to see a consultant to check out my ongoing problem!
I then went to see Jo and she was the ultimate professional…. So from start to finish Amanda ( Brilliant Amanda ) Dr Singh and Jo were the best!
Now why can’t Central Surgery be one tenth as good as Norton Place!!!!

I came for a blood test absolutely petrified because of my past experience at the hospital, Amanda the phlebotomist and Georgina calmed me down and were very kind. They were both very understanding as to why i was scared and made me feel more relieved, Amanda was very gentle and has made me feel less scared to get a blood test would most definitely go back to her.

A wonderful day which was a huge success not only for me but for All those who attended. Everyone was so helpful and for the doctor on BP I want to say a huge Thank you to him as I was asked to go in to see my GP within an hour. What a relief for me. Overall very professional service, diagnosed my back problem which was due to many years of running, I thought I’d have to suffer the pain and discomfort for ever, however the physio pin-pointed the damaged tissue and gave me a couple of stretching exercises resulting in instant pain relief, never thought it was possible !
