I was unexpectedly admitted for a bad leg infection which turned into an abscess. The response was really quick in A&E, only a delay in blood tests coming back. Everything from the OP to the aftercare with 2 day's in hospital were excellent. In a ward for 4 with only 2 of us using it. Whether luck at the time or not but I saw no corridor beds or queues anywhere. A big thank you to all staff

Was admitted there after developing sepsis, waiting time to be seen was terrible. Communication between doctors, medical teams is often poor and the cleanliness of the wards is questionable. How I survived who knows? Would not recommend

Amazing staff! Work above and beyond in tricky conditions. 5*

Parking is dreadful - tiny spaces, full car parks by 10.15am and overpriced. No alternative but to drive round for twenty minutes and playing parking roulette until someone pulled out - risking missing appointments 😩

Many years ago my family and me lived in England. We lived there 12 years. At some point I was sick and went twice at the Southampton hospital in emergency. Each time they gave me morphine and send me back home in the morning. After that my husband took me in emergency in France where they discoverd lots of gallstone and said it was urgent to removed my gallbladder. Overall I stayed 2 years in that state until the day we went to France. My GP did not help me. The hospital did not help me. Other people I knew were better treated. I generally loved the lifestyle in England but I wished I was never sick there!

Neat and clean hospital with a lot of direction signs. However be very careful while navigating in this big hospital as chances of you getting lost is always high. Ask others if you’re lost.

No need to park in paid car park if you’re picking up or dropping someone, you can drop and pick up patients from right front of the main entrance using 20 Minites Free Pickup/Drop off lay-bys.

really bad service, my mother is on ward F6 and it's dreadful, in addition; they couldn't send her back home on time because they delayed returning her all day leaving me waiting at her home, plus i had to cancel her carers......they didn't even ring me up to keep me informed of what was going on...... eventually we refused to accept mom back home, she had to remain at the hospital......... you can't send mom back home late in the afternoon and in the dark, it's not fair on us.......during the day and at a sensible time only.
