Absolutely would not recommend. Over 7 weeks now and no appointment made for my daughter for a autism assessment and therapy/counselling sessions despite several phone calls by myself and messages left by my GP asking what the delay is and explaining that we are desperate and a family in crisis. This organisation even recently attended my daughters GP practice for a presentation and my GP told me they say they have low waiting times!!

Its not free. Rang to make an appointment and they started talking about their fees and medicare rebates. What a pathetic joke. Need help and have to pay for it.

This clinic was happy to take my money for an intake appointment and then have next to no contact for a month regarding an appointment with someone when I was told it would be within a week.
Only ever got one response to say they were short staffed then after that all my emails and phone calls went unanswered. Really poor service for mental health, and sounded like they weren’t apologetic at all.

They have very poor clinic management! considering after my initial intake appointment it took 7 weeks for someone to contact me in regards to a follow up appointment!! Even though I was advised I would be contacted that week in regards to a follow up appointment, and then when they eventually contacted me I was made to feel like a problem and inconvenience! wouldn't recommend to anyone. Your are a mental health care profession you should have better communication with clients! wait times are expected that's acceptable but not communicating with your clients why there is a wait time is not.

I cannot recommend this practice enough. I went there at a very low point in my life, scared of what I might do. They helped me recognise what was underlying my behaviour and thoughts, and with eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy I was able to get past my anger and fear and I am truly grateful to Jools for her help and support. I feel hopeful and calm for the first time in a very long time. Thanks again.
