I’m honestly shocked by how this hospital handles “emergencies.” My boyfriend arrived at the emergency area at 6:56 PM, and it’s now 9:48 PM — over 4 hours and 30 minutes later, and he’s still waiting in pain. No updates, no care, nothing. How is this even an emergency department if patients are left to suffer for hours? Absolutely unacceptable. People come here for urgent help, not to sit and wait while their condition worsens.

Definitely runs on Enniskillen time. Triage nurse took call while I was explaining what was wrong with me. Asked for a catheter so I could administer myself. Didn’t get one. Could see my history of kidney disease. Useless place. Works at a snails place. People in the area deserve better. I had to leave A&E and go back to Belfast

Been in this hospital on a few occasions and have a few insights , the grounds and the way the hospital is set up is absolutely wonderful , the facilities are great ,some of the staff are very nice too , but then comes the part of the staff who aren't , I don't know maybe it's something about their personality,maybe they don't want to work there , but I've had quite alot of negative experiences , had to tell a Dr to do research on my condition and the treatments for it before I could be prescribed the only medication that helps .

Worse hospital I have ever been in they make you wait for hours and hours without even knowing anything. Avoid it if you can

If you're going to have a heart attack having chest problems? Shortness of breath basically if you think you're going to die, go to somewhere else waited for 8 hours for a bloody blood result it took 10 seconds but yet the police bring druggies drunkers in to ANE and they get seen too straight away what a bloody joke!

Mum was admitted into ward 4. The staff in ward 4 are amazing. Really lovely people. Big shout out to Brenda from Monaghan - you are a 🌟, Aoife, Caroline and John. Everyone who dealt with mum treated her wonderfully. You guys are brilliant!!!! The hospital is great. Super clean and the rooms very spacious. On entry to the hospital, a volunteer greeted us and took us to the ward. We have never been before.
