Biggest joke. Supposed to be trained and professional. My 2 year old would do a better job.

My wife got prescribed medication. She can't swallow tablets. Doctors said tough. Even the receptionist got in on it and said that was an excuse.

Because of where I live, this surgery will not prescribe my pain medication, this place may aswell have sewn a yellow star of David on my coat. Absolutely disgusting, unprofessional, unpleasant, unwelcoming and down right lazy bunch . A Dr told me that they read my notes for 3 minutes then said I was making up my pain ?! And she herself must have been 20 stone and looked unwashed. Terrible ordeal

Practice reception gave very little time know medical practices might have short time consultng but very rude half way through explaing put phone down gave appointment so sorry phonned just before shut.Bring back the lovely reception staff that were there when joined mighr be looking change

If you have mental health issues (or any), please do not use this GP surgery. I have been aggressively shouted at by my GP for requesting a referral and a new GP letter that I paid £25 for, to supply the social housing team. I told the doctor I was actively suicidal, he then put on my notes (I can see on the NHS app) that I am having NO suicidal thoughts? This GP surgery is by the far the worst and most negligent medical service I have ever used. The way the doctor has spoken to me while I am in such a vulnerable way has absolutely shocked me today. He isn't fit to practice.

I will be making a formal complaint to the relevant bodies. The GP even said "we have bigger problems at this practice". They will make you feel like you are a burden, even when you pay for private work (letters). Do yourself and your family a favour and stay away.

I have been going this surgery since I was a child and now I have decided to leave because of the poor medical practice, lack of duty and care and just all round incompetence. Three years ago, doctors at this surgery misdiagnosed my mother with kidney stones on multiple occasions. After multiple tests at Blackpool Victoria, she was diagnosed with Pancreatic cancer, of which she passed away from a few months later. If the doctors had done their job correctly, they may have been able to have save her life, but poor medical decisions cost her. And now three years later, after experiencing bad stomach problems for three months and multiple tests, not one doctor can give me a straight answer and it's making me anxious that they cannot give me a straight answer. The receptionist I spoke to on the phone today was incredibly rude as well. So I appreciate the last 25 years of service, but I won't stay at a surgery that cannot give a straight answer.

Medical service is zero stars. Today around 3 pm I went to the counter to ask for information. I waited for minutes but the two ladies who were at the counter were very busy in some discussions that had nothing to do with the medical service, obviously I left because I was going to pick up my child from school. Serious measures should be taken because I don't think anyone comes to GP to "organize parties". I am asking someone competent to take the initiative in solving these problems, they must be taken seriously, as it is about the health of the people for whom we pay taxes and we deserve attention and care.

Been trying to get my medical records for 2 months now.
Not sure why they keep denying my access as I really need them. Can’t access them on the myGP app or the NHS app. Tried calling and asking and tried going in and reception staff don’t seem to know what they’re doing.
Told me last time I went in to ask to come in on Tuesday (today) as they’re supposedly back open today after Xmas break and got here to see they’re not even open today. I work nights so it’s annoying that they seem to be messing me around and not taking me seriously.
Everyone has a right to have their own medical records.
Poor service and ridiculous.
