Incomplete prescriptions, never on time. I get more help from next doors cat! And can't post unless giving at least one undeserved star

I am surprised at the low ratings from some people. I have experienced kindness from all the staff.
My Doctor has been superb and helped me through my issues.
The Nurses have been friendly and experienced.
The secretarial staff have always been friendly and very helpful.
Sometimes I have had to wait for my appointments, but not too long.
I would certainly recommend this practice.

Some of the receptionists are extremely rude.
The doctor I saw today refused me pain medication, even though I have a long documented history with back pain, including prolapsed discs, rotator cuff damage, scoliosis, pelvic shift, cervogenic headaches and SI joints that are constantly sticking.
Also I'm a recovering alcohol who used to use alcohol for pain relief so I definitely need a decent painkiller to help me.
I am also on Sertraline for Generalised Anxiety Disorder, which I've been taking for 2 years now and at no point have I ever had a review, even though one is meant to be reviewed on a regular basis, so I've decided to change Surgeries.

doctors i have dealt with have an excellent manner and i have found the receptionists to be helpful and accommodating, however i have found that the the high volume of people they deal and the extra services they provide can sometimes put a stress on the surgery which can inevitably can cause problems from time to time, my biggest problem is how rude, self entitled and righteously indignant some of the patients can be towards the staff.
I find this very upsetting to the point where i have to try extremely hard to remain quiet, seated and not put somebody in hospital!

Absolutely pointless service. No treatment at all. The nurse hardly listened to me and was really patronizing. I had a feeling she tried to get rid off me. Apparently having flu symptoms over 2 weeks (with severe throat pain) are perfectly normal doesn't require any treatment and temperature between 37C- 38C is not a fever. Don't even mention it. No need to think what causing it. No further advice. Nothing.

I don't get what some of the critics here are complaining about - it wasn't that terrible. And at least they do do bookings. Although I was a little concern when they asked if I was sexually active. For a minute, I thought the nurse was coming on to me! Also, I felt the examination was only half done - there might have been other medical issues that they are supposed to ask.
But it was still a decent and professional place.

Worse service ever.
Long wait for appointments, emergency appointments booked on daily basis are fully booked in 10 minutes after queuing for hours on the phone . Refuse to prescribe medications for children. Poor experience when presenting in concern about my children. Not helpful with urgent implant removal and severe bleeding (I had to go to emergency department as they could not see me for months).
Staff not showing empathy and care !!!

I have never ben treated so badly by a doctor in my life - complaint on its way. There are good doctors there but the last one I saw did not deserve to call themselves a doctor. never just got up and walked out of a doctors surgery previously but then I guess there is always a first time I suppose!!
