Horrendous place only just signed up...but now leaving as the staff are rude obnoxious unhelpful left me with out extremely important meds...having been in and out all day & telephoning trying in vain to get the meds only to be told an emergency prescription will be issued WHICH never was..I had to borrow meds from some one I know on the same tablets...the place needs closing down if you need a Doctors THIS PLACE is not it....avoid it like the plaque and the chemist staff there are the same uncaring liar`s just like the receptionists

Shocking experience here.The receptionists seem to revel in denying you what you want, especially doctors appointments.

This practice needs closing immediately, this is a typical experience of using this centre. First of all it takes an age to get through to the rude receptionists, when you do you can't see or speak to a doctor regardless of what is the matter with you for at least two weeks. So reluctantly you wait for a Doctor you have never seen or heard of before, who has no idea of your history (if you suffer from a reoccurring issue). You get the feeling all they want is for you to shut up and leave - they're level of care is non-existent. I've just changed doctors and the service is just incomparable, receptionists are polite and doctors actually listen and want you to get better.

Is this a reoccurring theme! I changed GPs from Failsworth which was temporarily closed due to malpractice, now it appears I can't even make a simple appointment. The mumbling receptionist just nonchalantly advised that I can't make an appointment, they're fully booked. Bizarre! Can anyone recommend a better practice?

If you want an appointment at this doctor's you'll be waiting about 2 weeks to get one. The receptionist have no manners and the GPS just want you in and out so they can get home. I would definitely NOT recommend this practice to anyone. New review -- I really hope I get my tablets on time because last time I went 3 days without my tablets and had quite a few epileptic seizures and now I've just ordered them again and the receptionist said sorry your not due them phone back at the end of the week, I always order them a week in advance because I can't go without them due to my uncontrollable epilepsy I'm
really not happy with the service at this place can't wait to change surgery

Re patient care at this practice:-
My self along with my family have been patients here for many many years. However, over the past few years I have experienced the patient care at this practice deteriorate drastically and even more so in the latter months.
I have experienced unacceptable patient care along with rudeness and incompetence from the reception staff hence why I’m no longer a patient at this practice.
The practice is not fit for purpose in my opinion and should either close or be staffed with professional doctors/staff who can deliver the appropriate level of care and support to its patients.

Very disappointed. I've just had a call from Dr Sharma and she said to collect my prescription from them and to knock on their door. I knocked on the door and the reception window and waited. I then see a sign telling us to call the practice and NOT to knock so I call and still no answer. I am.stranding there with a poorly child and spot Dr Sharma and try getting her help to my surprise I get the cold shoulder and brushed away and ignored. She tells me to go to reception and wait so I explained that I already have done and that I was told to knock this door. I tell her I've been waiting. Still get ignored. Then she tells reception someone's there to collect a prescription. When I think finally we have help they can't find the prescription! It was later found under a pile of paper. At this point I am seriously thinking if changing Gps. They are unprofessional unorganised and 5pm no excuses.

Absolutely shocked with the service I have just received.
The reception staff are extremely rude and unhelpful when speaking over the phone with them.

After calling the hospital, community midwives, healthcare advisers from NHS no could help me and said I should see my GP. I came in to see Dr Sharma after 5 weeks of giving birth to my first baby. I had a few concerns regarding my post partum healing. One being a stitch after 5 weeks... and a bunch of other questions about pain in my bones, bump in my leg, burning sensation and more. The stitch was checked but I could not ask any further questions. Apparently I need a new appointment for each question!!! Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. I leave feeling defeated and like I have no one to turn to in the NHS. Well done 👍 I hope one day someone in the NHS will help me with my recovery.
