Went to south Bristol Community hospital for surgery. The receptionist, nurse, anesthesiologist and surgeon were fantastic and very kind. Bonus points for playing Michael Jackson as the general anesthesia kicked in. There was a bit of a wait as I was scheduled for surgery at 10am but had to wait till about 1pm. Understandable given how busy and hard the staff have to work. Thank you again for helping me ?

Spent 5 hours here today - staff were all really lovely, dealing with incredibly difficult situations, getting the blame for our underfunded NHS which is clearly nothing they have the slightest bit of control over. Everyone was professional and compassionate and I thank them very much for making a stressful day a little bit nicer.

Although I had the longest wait for a leg X-ray the whole facility is new, cared for and pleasant. There is good coffee & snacks on hand too.

I had to wait five hours to get seen at the urgent care centre here, but I ... didn't mind? Instead of sitting on the sofa looking at my phone, I got to do it in a communal setting, with the additional fun of working out what was wrong with my fellow patients.
When I finally got seen by a doctor she was so lovely and really helpful and caring. She even called me later to check I was OK and give me some more advice.
Absolutely not the workers' fault that they're understaffed. Mentally prepare yourself for the wait, take a book and some food and drink, and it's not all that bad.

I had a motorcycle accident and couldn't move my shoulder. I lost half a days work, coming down to be told they are full and I have to come back tomorrow. Same day as HMRC say for the second time this year I'm not paying enough tax and want £891....

I had dental surgery today which involved a number of things. The staff were absolutely amazing especially Bernice the nurse. The surgery team including the dental surgeon were really amazing. The two nurses that I unfortunately cannot remember their names were extremely caring. One of the surgery nurses really comforted me.
Good experience just wait times were a bit long.

Edit: There was one particular nurse who had some poor customer service and was quite rude.
