Charlie's knowledge of looking after yourself during perimenopause, menopause and post menopause is extensive and extremely helpful. I recently completed a 6 week course and there was always something to learn from. She is easy to listen to, friendly, understanding and, if there are questions she can't answer, she takes time out to give you a full and thorough rundown after locating the information. I totally recommend this course to any woman looking to expand their knowledge about the menopause.

I have had several massage treatments with Charlie, and also face-to-face consultations.
She is very easy to talk to, a lovely, warm person,who instantly puts you at ease.
It is a real treat to visit the delightful, cosy, warm premises where she is based. So relaxing!
I could easily fall asleep during my massage.
I would happily give 10 stars if I could.
