This company's really treats carers so aufwul and as nothing at all .I'd four interviews as a process of employment at this company as I're going to work a minister of health in uk not a carer and after I passed interviews (four interviews) the HR asked me to fill a lot of documents and send them all my very private documents and my refferances and I did all what they asked me to do and after that all and a long time I spent on sending them my private documents and did fill in a lot of forms they did withdraw my application without any reason at all and they didn't want to answer my e mails or messages as I'm a dog or slave or nothing at all .
From my experience I don't recommend this company for both carers and clients because company that treats it's carers as nothing and ignore all their messages isn't honest company even with their clients

Today, I have made the decision to leave this company with immediate effect (AD-HOC). Persistent bullying within the CW2 package, which I have repeatedly reported, remains unaddressed. Speaking out against such behaviour often results in removal from the package—this has happened twice now where two cares have been removed for speaking out in the past year—fostering a toxic environment where employees feel compelled to endure mistreatment.

Discriminatory comments have been made regarding the language we speak and the clothes we wear, yet investigations have consistently found no violations of company policy. Despite this, the bullying persists, seemingly fuelled by personal insecurities, such as body image issues, while the company remains indifferent, prioritising retaining the package over addressing these serious concerns.

Client care has also been severely compromised. Clinical Lead Jennifer Hughes failed to update the care plan, nearly leading to my client requiring surgery. Safeguarding concerns I raised about potential bruising caused by the hoist line have been ignored for over two months. Additionally, Care Coordinator Elle Wallace instructed me to leave my highly complex care client 30 minutes early, leaving them alone with another carer until my replacement arrived—despite knowing this posed a huge safeguarding risk—all to ensure some shift coverage.

I also reported a colleague, Olivia, for falling asleep during a night shift, but Elle failed to document my report entirely. It is deeply concerning that such serious issues were brought to management’s attention such as Rachel Metzger without any meaningful action or accountability.

The client’s family (grandparents) is reportedly planning to terminate the company’s services ASAP, and I fully understand why. This reflects a culture of systemic negligence, abuse, and a blatant disregard for care standards—a truly unacceptable situation.
