Honestly couldn’t recommend Lucinda enough!
It was my first time getting any treatment done and I went in for two areas of Botox for my frown lines and forehead, she explained everything so throughly throughout our appointment and I never felt rushed or uncomfortable asking questions. The treatment itself was practically painless, very professional and the treatment room clean. Such an amazing, carefree first experience, I’ll definitely be back!

The parlour is beautiful and well laid out , it was relaxing and inviting from the moment I walked in. Lucinda was lovely and very welcoming she made me feel at ease. She explained everything to me thoroughly. I can’t wait to continue my treatment with her and see the effects of the Botox work.

Somerset Medical Aesthetics is a very professional organisation. I felt very safe and in competent hands. Lucinda is very personable, and listens carefully to what you need. I saw Lucinda for the first time to help my frown lines. It was a perfect journey from start to finish. They were very responsive with communication and answered any questions I had. Consultation day went excellently, I met Lucinda at Chilton Polden. We went through everything. It gave me great comfort that she is a Gp locally. She answered any worries that I had, being immunosuppressed I had a few questions. The treatment was painless and I’ve been over the moon with the results, I’ve since had my forehead done also. Would most definitely recommend these ladies and will definitely be continuing my aesthetics journey with them. Thank you ladies x
