The reception staff are great, however my experience seeing the Dr's on 2 occasions here they actually had to look on their computer to ask the Internet and give me a print out of what was wrong! I have never had this before and it's not very comforting when your child and yourself on 2 separate visits here the Dr's don't seem to know! We are always told to not Google any symptoms but this is exactly what they done I could had done that myself and it's worrying that a Dr who we often trust with our life nowadays don't seem to have a clue themselves

Triage staff rude on phone, spoke to me with a vile attitude and hung up on me bc I said ‘sorry I can’t make that time, have you got any other appointments’

When seeing a daughter about an ongoing issue with my daughter, he laughed at her even though she was in pain, told me I was being dramatic and said ‘well it’s not cancer’ when I told him it needed to be investigated further.

Practice Nurse Sam and receptionists could not have been kinder or more helpful when I was ill this week. They were all helpful and sympathetic. Sam in particular was kind, understanding and I left the surgery already feeling on the mend - thank you to all of them

I went for an Asthma check up with Maryanne and, as always, she was brilliant. Very supportive and listened to all I had to say. Referral made so hopefully so help to get a few things sorted.

Absolutely disgraceful,

Lost two sets of my personal information. They eventually found the forms I filled then refused to process them.

Constant false promises of sorting things only to get nowhere or a change in story.

Refusing to allow people to use disability aids to communicate with the practice. GP I spoke to today was rude and unapproachable for remedy and showed zero compassion.

I would avoid this practice at all costs. Every person I have spoken to has been short, rude or uncooperative besides the one lovely receptionist when I first registered.

Got an appointment twice for my 80yo dad to have his blood taken and they sent him back home twice due to a 'misunderstanding' after I had spent more than 1 hour in the reception trying to solve it after the first time.
My daughter had a chest infection and got prescribed antibiotics over the phone but refused to be seen ( after being asked over the phone if she has a red throat and inflamed ganglions !!). Also refused a follow up appointment after taking the antibiotics.
I work until 12-13 h so I can't wait on the phone for an immergency appointment but there seems to be nothing available later on if you don't follow this procedure and for the regular appointments there is a minimum 3 week wait. Will change practice for myself and kids (except for my dad as his gp is faultless!). Disappointed!!!

July2022: Such a shame,after calling at the beginning of the week to get my dad's repeat prescription for 2 months, again had troubles picking it up on Friday as the reception didn't order it as requested (even though I made sure to repeat 3 times!!!) Had to call the GP on Friday at 12.00 from the pharmacy and again at 17.00 from the pharmacy as they didn't bother to solve it as promised. Shocking! I will move my dad from them. Such a shame because his GP is a great doctor!
Proof of how long I had to wait on the phone to get his medication on repeat prescription:' you're the 4th in the queue....' Shameless people!

One of the worst doctors in Bridgwater. To say the least and to get an appointment is a living nightmare. And to get the right medicine and to sort my life out? Has been the worst thing in my life. And it can only get worse in the future and getting the right up is near impossible now. U mean ght as well kill yourself as much of help with the doctors and the NHS
