Great team of doctors. Dr Foster in particular is brilliant. Very kind, thorough and takes the time to properly listen to any issues you have. I have seen her twice and both times I have felt reassured and confident in the advice she gives. Would recommend her to anyone.

Lovely staff and doctors and I've had no previous problem getting an appointment but, oh dear, on this occasion absolutely no one picking up the phone for me to check blood test results and to see if medication levels need further review. I rang line 2 for test results x 4 times and reception a couple of times as well but no luck. I finally resorted to text message. I know how busy everything is and stayed hanging on for at least 5 minutes for each call but this time it was a let down.

Got a cancellation from my doctors to go to this surgery
appointment at 11.05 on arrival tryed to log on system declined
Receptionist looked up my appointment and things started to go so very WRONG from that point several attempts later oh I have found you please take a seat. Nearly 3/4 hr later she called me to speak. Ooh I have been looking and you should have gone to another surgery NOT this one ( so I have been there and not even been booked in) and the drs are aware that you are waiting and they will squeeze you in!!!!!!!! WHEN
Very upsetting morning so now I have to try and book in again waste of time and day. No need at all for keeping people waiting must have been something about ME ?

I signed up after I got pregnant with my daughter. The care I received has been second to none. Then today I called up with a few concerns. We got seen straight away and the care she received was perfect. Thank you so much!

I received an invitation to attend a well person clinic and called to book. I was informed that I needed to have a blood test. No mention of this requirement was found in the invitation. I asked if they would post one to me as my working hours don't allow me to visit. This request was met with resistance but eventually she agreed. Some four weeks later, I had not received the form. I called again to ask if it had been sent and was told that it had been but to wait due to the postal strike. Another 6 weeks have passed and it has still not arrived.
This is shocking service from a surgery that should be supporting their patients, not making things more difficult.
Thoroughly disappointed and disillusioned with them, trying to save the cost of a second class stamp. The surgery appears to be going downhill and I am considering moving to another practice.

Amazing surgery. Been with them 6 years never had a single issue getting an appointment. Really lovely staff both on reception, to the nurses, the drs, the midwives every single member of the team I have seen has been wonderful so caring and compassionate. I can't thank this surgery enough really for the way they've cared for me and my family over the 6 years. Thank you.

Fantastic service yesterday Joanne on reception was very helpful and understanding and got me an appointment the same day and Dr Kasem was fantastic referring me to hospital the same day all sorted within 4 hours well done to somercotes medical centre and the nhs keep up the fantastic work.
