My 94 year old mother has recently been quite ill needing a spell in hospital. Her care needs increased substantially as a result. I have been totally impressed at the response from Solutions2care. Not only has there been total consistency of carer (someone she already knew) but the week on week flexibility has been 100 per cent amazing. My mother has some private carers who Solution2Care need to work around. Thirdly at 24 hours notice an exceptional service requiring taking my mother to a medical appointment was enabled - still with the same carer. The staff I deal with administratively are responsive and friendly. What an exceptional service. My mother is very relieved and talks positively of her experience too!

Brilliant carers. Margaret and Ayshat come regular to mom and always give brilliant care. They do everything thats asked of them and make sure mom is safe & comfortable. This includes all personal care and light house duties. <3
