I had an infected tooth and had to have it removed, the dentist did not want to do it as it was not a routine extraction, so I had it done by Gemini a dental surgeon. Immediately upon meeting her she was putting me at ease with her warm and friendly demeanour and explaining what was going to happen, it took 3 attempts to numb my mouth as the infection was interfering with them, Gemini checked after each injection and would not start until I was happy it was numb, when she began she told me what she was doing and what I would experience during the extraction, she continually talked to me and kept me at ease, checking I was ok as she worked, it was a bit of a struggle to remove the tooth but it was completely painless, after the extraction I had a couple of stitches and was told they would dissolve so no follow up appointment was needed. I was particularly impressed that she phoned Saturday evening to see how I was getting on. The whole experience was pleasant (as much as a tooth extraction can be pleasant) and stress free. I would recommend her to anyone.

I would like to give a big thank you for today. The dentist (Amy) was so considerate making sure I was comfortable and not experiencing any pain. The cleaning using the water method was a triumph and never experienced any discomfort whatsoever. I was nervous about the dental work that was to be carried out next but again Amy firstly explained the process which made me feel more relaxed. I was amazed when all was complete without fingers gripped and embedded into the arm of the dentists chair.
