Absolutely fantastic dentist! The whole team were so friendly and welcoming and they really put me at ease from the moment I arrived. Everything was explained to me very clearly and the staff could not have been kinder and more helpful. It really was a genuinely lovely experience and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I cannot praise Rob and his team highly enough. I walked in for my first appointment in trepidation fearing that nothing could be done with my teeth after years of grinding in my sleep and walked out 6 weeks later with a smile of which I can be proud. A lot of work was done including root canals and reshaping and the pain relief was instant and effective. Rob managed my expectations brilliantly and advised through each step of the process. It was great to see how the crowns were designed and to be able to select shape and colour. Fantastic!

I can't thank the whole team enough – Ann, Marco, Rob, and every other member of staff have been absolutely fantastic. From start to finish, they made me feel comfortable and completely at ease. I chose this surgery based on the reviews as they were excellent.

I needed extensive treatment to correct my teeth and I knew this would be a bit of a journey!

On my first visit the whole plan was discussed with Robert and he showed me some of the great work that he had carried out in the past. He fully explained the whole process and made me aware of the costings beforehand.

This was a 12 week journey and I can honestly say that at no time, during some very intrusive treatment, did I feel pain or great discomfort..the techniques Robert used obviously come from many years of experience and for being an excellent dentist!

This treatment was carried out during Covid and the lengths they went to to prevent infection was incredible.

During my many visits, I also got to know the really friendly Reception team and Dental Nurses who also made this a much better experience than I was expecting!

The end result has changed my life, given me confidence and given me back my smile.

Thank you all so much and well done for now being my permanent dentist!

Went here for years & although good dentistry there is zero customer service (reception staff excluded) The dentist was consistently rude & arrogant to the point that I had to leave as it upset me knowing I had to go there. I would never recommend it, in fact I tell people not to go there.
There are amazing dentists out there & thank goodness I have found one, no more worry now because her customer service skills are amazing & im put at ease the moment I walk in. I can’t believe I put up with Smilecare for as long as I did.

I have been attending an orthodontic treatment in Crawley Smilecare for a while now and I am amazed by the service. Dr Marco my orthodontist has been excellent throughout all my appointments, qualified, skilled and always patient with me. After a long and challenging treatment my teeth are starting to look great now so it's been all worth it. The receptionist has always been very helpful.
I would recommend Smilecare Dental Centre in Crawley as a professional and affordable orthodontic centre.

I have not looked after my teeth for the last 50 years and so Robert had a major task on his hands trying to sort my mouth out! Between him and Ann (Periodontist) they have done an excellent job on saving and replacing (implants) where needed my teeth. I always find the receptionist helpful and Roberts advice is always on the money. I can fully recommend this practice.
