Can't recommend Smile enough, absolutely brilliant service. We had to book an emergency appointment for my son who had a tooth ache over Christmas, within minutes of arrival he was in the chair x-ray done and prepped for an extraction. The whole process was swift and professional with every step of the process explained to him and us, before we knew it the problem tooth was out. The staff are amazing and the whole experience was better than I could have ever expected. Thanks again to all the staff at smile 😁

Attended smiles for the first time today lovely young man met me at reception also has been really helpful on the phone. Sarah called me in for my appointment. She was an absolute delight. Explained everything I should be doing, did a full clean and polish and my teeth feel amazing she was friendly, thorough and I will definitely be making future appointments well worth the expense thank you Sarah.

Absolutely great experience!! Cannot fault this place at all and will definitely because the whole family's dentist, not too expensive for private.
I rang here for my partner in an absolute panic after ringing every single dentist practise between lowestoft, great Yarmouth, norwich, Beccles, 111 and no one would help, even with the extreme pain and discomfort she had.
She needed an emergency appointment before the weekend due to being a singer for work and also being unable to eat.
I rang at 11am on a Friday and it being valentines day, and got an appointment the same day at 2pm even though the surgery was closed and no one was working today.
The dentist came into the surgery just to help my partner in a genuine emergency.
I'm so glad to see there is still some kind helping hearts in this world.
We will now only ever use this dentist.
Again, we are so so eternally grateful for you saving our valentines day and my partners career!!

Can’t thank these guys enough for what they have done for me, my teeth weren’t in the best condition, I had gum disease and now after coming to smile I no longer have it my gums are less inflamed and much cleaner. I was always worried about my breath smelling while talking to people but now I don’t worry about it at all. Thank you guys so much. Can’t recommend enough.

A fantastic clinic, 5 stars isn't high enough! As someone who has had bad experiences with dentists before, the wonderful staff at Smile made me feel so relaxed and at ease. The procedure was quick, painless and professional, with clear instructions for aftercare too. Would highly reccomend!

On Friday I attended the smile dental clinic for a wisdom tooth removal, as a very nervous patient I was immediately put at ease with Evan on reception, Who assured me that it would be okay (he wasn’t wrong) I was then taken to the surgery where Isabel and Amanda were so patient with me and reassured me. From start to finish the procedure was amazing! They respected that I may faint and went at a pace I was comfortable with and made it so simple for me. I couldn’t recommend the team enough!

Right from the outset I have been very impressed with the professional and attentive service provided by the team at Smile, Hopton. Initially I had an examination with Sarah and Amanda and felt completely at ease. This was transferred to the clean and polish session which was enjoyable and had great results. I then had an extraction, which Isabel and Amanda performed efficiently with zero pain. At no point did I feel pressured, uncomfortable, or confused as to what was going on and dare I say it was almost enjoyable. Communications with Evan have been great and even contacted me to offer an earlier time on the day (which is rare these days). Will be back for future treatment and examinations and will suggest to friends and family in a heartbeat.
