I simple can’t thank the team at smile enough…..Both receptionists are so wonderful, friendly & understanding (even when I broke down crying and felt a little silly!) Ivana & Lola are a dream team and their skills & professional work together are second to none.
To say they all genuinely care is an understatement! They really do care and have bent over backwards to help me. I have never felt in safer hands (I get anxious!)….they are all very polite but mostly importantly they are KIND and have acted with integrity. There is no doubt in my mind that I would not hesitate to recommend them going forward.

Went in to begin my interest in their smile white packages for aligners, was asked to fill out a couple pages and I'd get a call... That was months ago and I've basically been told the three pages of my confidential information has been lost. Going to a different place for this service now. Shocking considering this package would have been me giving them thousands of pounds.

Nothing but good experiences from this clinic! I've been a patient here for around five years, and as someone who's fairly nervous about dental treatment, I'm glad to say every dentist I've seen here has been fantastic.

Today I needed to have a broken filling fixed, and I was pretty anxious about it, but Ankica was really kind, and explained the treatment plan and what to expect. She's been great every time I've been to be fair, but definitely worthy of a review today 😀

The staff on reception are always lovely as well, which is really appreciated! Overall, I'm grateful to be able to attend this clinic as and when I need to 🙂

Outstanding service today! I have had toothache & temp sensitivity on and off for over 3 months and its been getting worse. Went in on Wednesday to beg for help & got an appointment for 2 days later (today) - a lot sooner than I expected. I was expecting the appointment to be purely investigative &, after much prodding & an X-ray I was given the option of root canal or removal & opted for the latter. 1 hour later and the tooth is gone as is all the pain etc. Turns out the tooth was cracked and it came out in several pieces so root canal wouldn't have worked anyway. I can't express my relief enough. Thank you!

Do not go to this practice. The receptionist is vile . They will tell you need treatment every check up . Been with dentist around 3 years every six months they say you need fillings . Payed private and caught them out saying I did not need treatment . Do not use this practice I beg you , keep well away .

Receptionist were great, polite. However the dentist was absolutely horrible. She injected the wrong side of my mouth and started treating the wrong tooth so i stopped her and refused to let her continue on the wrong tooth, she then refused to treat the tooth requiring a filling, on the other side of my mouth and said i needed another appointment !! she was rude, a bully and spoke to me like I was a child who couldn't stand up for myself. My experience, more than once, triggered childhood trauma. Once my treatment is finished i am requesting a different dentist.Ok, had my last appointment last week and the dentist was polite and professional, wow that's how it should have been all through the treatment. Maybe this bad review worked.

The worst experience I have ever had!
3 years I have been waiting for my broken tooth to be out and still waiting!
They have cancelled on me 3 times! Each time I go in for a check up its with 3 different dentist that you will never see again!
All to tell you " you need that out". I'm no dentist but I new that years ago!
Book in to have it out and each time my appointment gets cancelled. One time only a hour before hand.
I booked myself and my children in this week for a check up on them as well as to see if finally that will remove my broken tooth. Got a text message confirming our appointments only to find out that they have given my appointment to someone else and all they could do is apologies and rebook me in the following month.
Instead I used our time to rebook ourselves at a different dentist who are more reliable, and that the staff last longer then 3weeks.
Such a shame but if you are worried going to the dentist or want a good experience then my advice is DO NOT GO HERE!
